Service overview

Pay Per Month Websites designs, builds, hosts and maintains WordPress websites for a recurring monthly fee. Plans are month to month with 30 days’ notice, with no long-term lock-in.

Plans, scope and requests

Each plan covers the deliverables and level of ongoing support described for that tier. Work beyond your plan scope — such as e-commerce, custom integrations, additional pages, professional copywriting or new branding — is quoted and agreed with you before we start. We handle change requests in a clear, prioritized order.

Your responsibilities

To build and run your site we need your content, brand assets, and any access details, provided lawfully and free of third-party rights issues. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you supply and for using the website in compliance with applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, or in any way that could damage our systems or reputation. We may suspend service for serious or repeated breaches.

Staging and approval

We build on a private staging link. Your site goes live once you approve it. After launch, agreed updates are applied within the scope of your plan.

Billing and renewals

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Receipts and invoices are available in your billing portal. If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you; continued non-payment may pause your service.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, and your subscription and hosting end at the close of your notice period. You keep your domain and content, and a buyout option to own the build outright is available on request.

Ownership and licenses

Your content and your domain are yours. The website we build for you is yours to keep. Third-party platforms, plugins, fonts and tools remain subject to their own licenses.

Warranties and liability

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. We cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as search rankings, traffic or sales, which depend on many factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of third-party providers, internet failures or natural events.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Pay Per Month Websites is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have jurisdiction.
